Conflict Minerals Declaration

    在刚果民主共和国及其周边国家（包括但不限于苏丹、乌干达、卢旺达、布隆迪、坦桑 尼亚联合共和国、赞比亚、安哥拉、中非共和国等, 被称为”刚果地区”）的某些矿产贸易资助武装组织用于内战，侵犯人权。

    As a result of concerns that profits from the sale of certain minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries (includes but not limited to Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Angola, Central African Republic, which was known as the “DRC Region”) may be financing armed groups that areengaged in civil war and are committing human rights violations.

   In July 2010, the U.S. Government signed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform andConsumer Protection Act (the “Dodd-Frank Act”)*. Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Actrequires all US publicly traded companies to file disclosures and reports with the U.S.Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the use of Conflict Minerals(includes but not limited to tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) in their products.

   We certify that all the products, components and materials supplied to your companyare not allowed to use the conflict minerals (includes but not limited to tin, tantalum,tungsten and gold) originated from the “DRC Region”, or illegally mining or mining from theinferiority working conditions, and don’t use the conflict minerals originate from recycled or scrap sources . Furthermore, we’ll clarify your company’s policy purpose to sub-supplier chain and enlarge your company’s policy scope, Require smelters or refineries in supply chain to have an EICC and GeSI Conflict Free Smelter Audit 。
